Anti-Spam & Email Policy

RankFlow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is committed to responsible email practices and full compliance with the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, the EU GDPR, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. Types of Email We Send
- Transactional: verification, password resets, billing receipts, security alerts.
- Product notifications: ranking alerts and audit completions the account owner enables.
- Scheduled reports: SEO reports to recipients who opted in.
We do not send unsolicited bulk email, purchase lists, or message anyone without consent.
2. How We Obtain Consent
- Users verify their own email via a confirmation link (double opt-in).
- Report recipients receive a confirmation email and must opt in before recurring reports begin.
- Account owners are contractually required to have lawful consent for any address they add (see Terms).
3. Unsubscribe & Opt-Out
Every non-essential email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and supports the List-Unsubscribe header. Requests are processed immediately. Recipients can also use our Unsubscribe page or email unsubscribe@mailfromwtf.in. We honor opt-outs within 24 hours, well inside the 10-day CAN-SPAM requirement.
4. Bounce & Complaint Handling
- Bounce and complaint notifications are processed in real time via Amazon SNS.
- Hard bounces are permanently suppressed.
- Complaints result in immediate, permanent suppression.
- A global suppression list is checked before every send.
- We monitor rates daily and keep bounce < 5% and complaints < 0.1%.
5. Authentication & Deliverability
- All mail is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on mailfromwtf.in.
- We use a verified, dedicated sending domain and continuous list hygiene.
6. Content Standards
- Accurate From/Reply-To and routing.
- Non-deceptive subject lines.
- A valid physical postal address in every email.
7. Reporting Abuse
Believe you received unsolicited mail from us? Email abuse@mailfromwtf.in. We investigate every report and suspend violating customers.
Sending infrastructure: RankFlow uses Amazon SES and adheres to the AWS Acceptable Use Policy and SES sending guidelines.
