These Terms govern your use of RankFlow, operated by RankFlow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

RankFlow provides SEO automation: rank tracking, audits, content tools, alerts, and scheduled email reporting.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for account security and activity, must provide accurate info, and be 18+.

3. Acceptable Use & Email Obligations

Any address you add for reports or notifications must have given you lawful consent. You will not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Upload purchased, rented, or harvested lists.
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, India's DPDP Act, or the AWS Acceptable Use Policy.

Violations may cause immediate suspension. See our Anti-Spam Policy.

4. Fees & Billing

Paid plans bill in advance and are exclusive of GST. Non-refundable except as in our Refund Policy or as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

RankFlow owns the platform; you retain ownership of your submitted data.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Service provided "as is." Liability limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India; courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
